Using our intuitive PROTO HOMES platform, homeowners and builders can seamlessly customize and design new projects, track building materials down to the last wire roll and wire nut, access a foolproof installation plan, and maintain, manage, monitor, and modify the home throughout its lifespan.
During construction and assembly, the PROTO HOME construction management tool will guide you through the entire process step by step, from scheduling and tracking all FACTOR deliveries, to cataloging every component and building material that arrives on-site through its QR scanner, to using easy-to-navigate 3D modeling and building instructions to show you when and where to install every component and how each component fits into the finished home. As a result, the app will serve as a comprehensive information library able to provide a complete up-to-the-second snapshot of the project, where it stands, what comes next, and what’s still to come.
After occupancy, the app will serve as the central information hub for the entire home, cataloging everything from construction details and specs to any upgrades and modifications you might make as well as any significant events that might impact the house through the years.
